Return & Refund Policy

1.Policy Duration: Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Before returning, please email us for the correct shipping address. Returns sent to the wrong address or without permission may be refused.

2.Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email your order number to our aftersales service at service@hi-tie.com, and we will assist you.

3.Product Changes & Order Cancellations:

(1) Before Shipping: We can help you cancel or change directly for you freely before shipping, please contact our customer service timely after you purchase.

(2) After Shipped: Orders can't be canceled or changed once the parcel is shipped out. If you still want to cancel or change, please contact customer service after you received parcel and ask returned address.


4.Return & Exchange Policy Details:
(1) Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
(2) Unauthorized Returns: Returns without permission will not be accepted. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Do not refuse packages without contacting customer service, as we cannot guarantee a full refund.


5.Return & Exchange Shipping Fees:
(1) If the wrong size is ordered, the item is unwanted, or the customer changes their mind, the buyer covers return shipping costs.
(2) If the item is damaged, stained, or incorrect, Hi-Tie will cover return shipping or arrange an exchange.


6.Refund Time: Provide a valid tracking number for your return. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned package. PayPal customers will receive a refund within 24 hours, while credit card refunds will take 48-72 hours.
